Such astounding food might suggest stuffiness, but the experience of eating at Tare was wonderfully relaxed. In short: a wonderful experience and a team tipped for greatness in the future
It might be one of the smallest, but Tare is also one of the most exciting restaurants in Bristol right now
The space is bright and cheery, a contemporary setting that suits the ambitious, seasonal dishes
It might be a squeeze to get a berth at this 20 seat restaurant in a converted shipping container, but it's worth it for the food
Several shipping containers are home to the charmingly run Tare, serving creative, attractively presented and flavourful dishes.
