Chef / owner Matt Hampshire opened Tare Restaurant at Wapping Wharf in 2017. The original restaurant served a set tasting menu and wine flight exclusively, whilst maintaining a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Fast forward to 2024 and the team have combined the original tasting menu concept with a sharing plates option at Tare Bistro.
